I’m exceptionally satisfied with the final delivery! I had no knowledge on email signature but not only did she deliver the perfect email signature I was envisioning but also taught me basic skills needed to use them and modify if needs to be. I must say I demanded a lot of little adjustments after she delivered the first draft and it took whole two days because I was going back and forth to get the perfect email signature possible. Normal people wouldn’t have had the patience to deal with someone like me but she tackled all my revision requests (must be about 15 revisions I requested in total) with extremely fast response every time. At the end due to my lack of knowledge and perfectionism attitude, she suggested to go on the google meet to finalise it together, Nobody ever had the patience and passion towards their work like Afreen on my Fiverr experience. i am extremely satisfied and happy that I found someone I can always go to for any designing related work. This review is going to be long but it’s worth the read if you’re considering hiring Afreen. I originally placed a work order request to get bids for a jotform. I received several replies but no one had jotform examples on their profiles and most were new users on the platform. I asked each person for examples of their work before I hired them and the only person that sent me examples was Afreen. While it didn’t match the type of project I was doing, I could see that she was completely capable of doing my project. I’m always wary of hiring someone with a brand new profile on Fiverr but I took the chance because I wanted to project done quickly and I’m so glad I did. She does not have a lot of work history on Fiverr on this account but let me tell you, she went so far above and beyond for me with my project. We laid out the intent of my project at the start before I hired, so she understood the scope and that was bid into the quote she gave me. I was really impressed at the balance between cost and services offered. Especially since my project was for a non profit and I am not making any money from it. That made it incredibly affordable for me to hire outside for the help I needed! It made it even easier that her English is incredibly fluent. Communication often ends up being troublesome with some workers you hire because of language barriers and fluency, but this is absolutely not a problem for Afreen. If I hadn’t asked, I would have assumed her first language was English. This made the project go much more smoothly and progressed faster because I never had to break down or change how I was asking for something. It was so refreshing to also get to know Afreen during the short time we worked through this project. She’s incredibly efficient and had the first draft turned around in less than a day. It did take us a couple days to hash out all the little details because ultimately what I wanted turned out to be pretty difficult. In fact, what I actually wanted to do, jotform does not offer a solution for, so completely on her own, Afreen made a suggestion for how to seamlessly accomplish it in another way that still looked great. This was above the scope of the agreed upon project but the fact that she so quickly came up with it & was happy to suggest it means she truly was working for the best interest of her client (me), despite it causing her some extra work. I’m so thankful to have hired and gotten to know Afreen & would hire her again in a hearbeat! See less
